Technical Lead | Engineering Team

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Owned end to end Infra architecture, setup, provisioning and long term maintenance through liaising with internal teams (IT Team, InfoSec, SRE and so on). Few Examples include (not limited to):
   1. Core infrastructure setup in Azure for dev, stage and production environments
   2. CI/CD pipelines setup and maintenance
   3. Setup relevant instrumentation and alerting for the applications in production
   4. Responsible for all compliance, app-sec and info-sec signoffs
   5. Infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
2. Product / Technical Solution:
   1. Partner with product and design teams to understand requirements deeper, support in writing the PRD
   2. POV on right way to implement, optimizing for better user experience
   3. Application Architecture Finalization
   4. Application / Data Design: API Design, Code organization, Code Review, Quality Assessment
3. Engineering / Program Management:
   1. Planning, execution and delivery of development scope through Developers
   2. Optimizing Sprint velocity to minimize overall delivery timelines
4. Application Reliability / Managing Sustenance:
   1. Ensuring Zero downtime of Application / Owning reliability
   2. Implementing best practices from a sustenance standpoint (proactive notifications, etc.)

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Hands on experience in implementing Spring Boot / JAVA based web applications
2. Hands on experience in ReactJS / Frameworks
3. Exposure to Problem Solving / Solutioning along with Product Managers, UI Designers
4. Experience with CI/CD / software engineering processes (App Security, Sprint Planning)
