Here at Brenntag we currently have an opening for a Senior Director, Customer Services.
This role will lead and steer the overall planning, development, performance, and maintenance of the Customer Services agenda in BSP.
Please note that this role can be based anywhere in the world, but ideally within Europe.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategise and plan policies and procedures to facilitate a ‘Top of Class’ quality customer service experience.
- Lead the conceptualization of performance metrics and service levels/requirements.
- Global oversight & alignment of relevant training and quality assurance programs.
- Global liaison between Customer Services and BSP Business Units.
- Oversight of Customer Services in respective regions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Multiple years of experience within Customer Services Management.
