Group Sourcing & Procurement manager

• Establish sourcing and procurement best practices across Group
• Organize and lead tenders to support markets in getting best conditions for their needs
• Be a trusted business partner for colleagues mainly in Operations and IT, which rely on your expertise and knowledge
• Lead the supplier relationships management
• Drive collaboration with country teams to deliver strategic sourcing initiatives that improve their and group P&L
• Drive continuous operational improvement actions and initiatives
• Contribute to cross functional projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience. We look for someone who is a good communicator, is analytical & able to make arguments based on facts & data, someone who is ambitious, curious, and eager to learn
• Experience in fields such as business negotiation, business consulting, project & budget management, sourcing & procurement, expansion are a plus but not essential.
• Strong Communication and intrapersonal skills
• Great Analytical and quick decision making skills
• High and positive energy / self-starter and curiosity & courage to challenge status-quo
• Knowledge of German, Czech would be a plus, but not essential
