About The Team
As Miro matures, the need for tying business value to product function becomes more important. The Value Engineering Team will develop structures to connect customer business objectives with the value received from Miro\’s features, both qualitatively and quantitatively. This helps customers understand Miro\’s benefits, optimize their usage, identify whitespace opportunities, and drive growth.

About The Role
As a founding member of our Value Engineering team, you\’ll define the strategy, analyze business value at strategic customers, deliver executive presentations, and build tools to quantify Miro\’s value throughout the customer journey.

What You’ll Do

1. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and quantify key business drivers and how solutions meet strategic objectives.
2. Conduct research on customer processes and market trends.
3. Work with customers to measure operational and financial improvements post-implementation.
4. Deliver presentations to C-level executives.
5. Develop automated ROI and value assessment tools for the go-to-market team.
6. Support sales in value discovery and impact analysis.
7. Create reusable content to support value messaging.

What You’ll Need

1. 4+ years of experience in Value Engineering/Consulting within SaaS.
2. Experience across various verticals (e.g., Professional Services, Technology, Retail, Manufacturing).
3. Experience working with diverse buyer personas (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, etc.).
4. Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and business cases.
5. Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
6. Executive presence and facilitation skills.
7. Self-motivated, creative, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
