Responsibilities:

• Quality-related product support from project start to end of cycle.
• Design of QVP within the PEP (Effizienter Produktentstehungsprozess) according to APQP, VDA or customer specifications.
• Managing the PPAP process and presenting it in accordance with the project schedule in coordination with the customer.
• Implementation of initial sampling (PPAP).
• Participation in internal and supplier audits.
• Initiation of appropriate corrective measures.
• Quality support for the project team.

Your Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Team player with assertiveness.
• Experience in the field of electromechanical systems is desirable.
• Further training as a VDA 6.3 auditor is an advantage.
• Professional experience in QM/QVP processes in the automotive environment.
• Reliable knowledge of QM methods (APQP, PPAP, PPF, FMEA, Q-statistics, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
• Knowledge of complaints management (8D reports).
• Reliable user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Very good written and spoken English (at least B2 level).
• Willingness to travel (national/international).
• Alternatively, a completed technical apprenticeship with further training as a technician.
• In-depth knowledge of standards in the relevant area (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Structured and analytical way of working.
