Location: Düsseldorf area (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)

Based in the Düsseldorf area , this is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the office one day per week .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional consulting projects focused on business strategy, operational performance, and organisational transformation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to shape strategic decisions and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Conduct analyses, develop business cases, and drive implementation of recommendations across business units and functions.
• Facilitate alignment among internal stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear value creation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation across global operations.
• Contribute to the development of the in-house consulting function, including methodology development and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in top-tier management consulting, in-house strategy/operations, or a corporate transformation role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in complex, international environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from senior executives to on-the-ground teams.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
