Senior Product Manager fmd

As a Senior Product Manager you will work closely together with a cross functional team in developing and enhancing our social network nebenan.de.

1. Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of monetization and advertising features ensuring alignment with user needs and company goals.
2. Define and execute a data-driven roadmap to enhance revenue streams focusing on subscription models, advertising formats, and partnerships.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact monetization opportunities that maintain our user-centric approach.
4. Work closely with engineering, product design, and business intelligence teams to ensure successful product releases and market adoption.
5. Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation and the exploration of new ideas to meet user needs.

Your profile

1. A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching and growing monetization or advertising products.
3. Experience in user-centered design and agile methodologies with a focus on balancing business goals and user satisfaction.
4. Knowledge of advertising technologies (e.g., programmatic advertising, ad networks) and familiarity with subscription-based revenue models is a plus.
5. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a knack for aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
6. Passionate about creating meaningful connections in urban communities while driving sustainable business growth.
7. Thrives in a dynamic startup environment with a hands-on mentality and a collaborative approach.
