Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, development and operation of simulation systems for the military market.
• Develop and document test plans and specifications based on requirements.
• Carry out software product acceptance tests and document the results.
• Continuously improve our products by optimizing test processes.
• Create error descriptions, carry out error post-tests and support development in error analysis.
• Analyze and evaluate test results to ensure quality.
• Support the development and implementation of concepts for automated testing and deployment.

Your profile

• Completed technical studies or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor\’s degree).
• Over 2 years of experience in software testing or comparable.
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Practical experience with DOORS and Jira / Confluence.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python is desirable.
• Knowledge of Linux systems, Docker and virtual machines (VMs).
• Experience in systematic test case creation.
• Ideally ISTQB certification.
• Experience in test automation (Bamboo) and versioning tools such as GIT or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with agile methods (SAFe, SCRUM) or willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Ability to integrate into a team and high willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and strong organizational skills.
