IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• In your role, you will assume central responsibility for our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operation.
• You will install and configure Microsoft server operating systems and ensure their optimal performance.
• You administer and optimize our Active Directory structure, including the group policies (GPOs).
• You take care of the installation and maintenance of terminal servers based on Microsoft RDP as well as the support of virtual servers in the VMware vSphere environment.
• You continuously develop our systems and create comprehensive documentation.
• You contribute your expertise to IT projects and support the implementation of new technologies and solutions.
• You alternate between being on call and ensuring that critical problems are solved promptly.

Your Commitment – What You Bring To The Table

• You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship or a degree in information technology.
• You have at least 5 years of practical experience in dealing with IT infrastructures and Microsoft server technologies.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft RDP, and group policies. Ideally, you have experience with VMware vSphere.
• You are characterized by analytical thinking, a structured, independent way of working, and a strong team orientation.
• Your strong communication skills, service orientation, and willingness to undergo continuous further training round off your profile.
