Your passion for beauty sets you apart and you are interested in current trends as well as discovering exciting new brands. Negotiation is your passion and you are always a compelling figure when dealing with suppliers and other stakeholders (both internal and external). Then you are exactly what we are looking for!

Your Mission

1. As a Buyer for Beauty, you will take responsibility for purchasing third-party brands with a clear focus on meeting our customers\‘ needs. You identify opportunities to achieve optimal performance through assortment trends and brands.
2. You are familiar with relevant KPIs and take charge of budget planning to continuously monitor and optimize departmental performance.
3. You independently lead negotiation discussions with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms.
4. You identify, prioritize, and acquire B2B customers in the beauty segment.
5. Your focus is on building and maintaining sustainable business relationships.
6. You manage and continuously develop existing suppliers.
7. You collaborate closely with departments such as Business Development, Logistics, and Finance to ensure all activities are aligned with the company\’s overall strategy.

Your Profile

1. Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
2. Professional experience in international roles as a Beauty Buyer (third-party brands).
3. Strong passion for beauty and purchasing, ideally with an established supplier network in the beauty industry.
4. Independent and team-oriented working style with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills.
5. Communicative personality with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and develop long-term business relationships.
6. Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
7. Experience with Microsoft Office products.
