Tasks
- You are the subject matter expert for the global MS Teams telephony rollout.
- The configuration and management of online and on-premise solutions such as Microsoft Teams, SIP trunk, and SBC is part of your responsibilities.
- The interaction on a technical level with both internal teams and external partner organizations across the variety of telecom/IT-based service categories is part of your job description.
- You will work closely with all different service departments – from Service Desk to Operations and other development teams.
- In addition, you will provide global guidelines and training approaches and conduct training for your colleagues.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Management experience in AudioCodes E-SBC & OVOC.
- Microsoft MS-700 certification – or equivalent experience including MS Teams direct routing (MS-700 course completion).
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Teams Admin Centre.
- Experience with IP telephony architectures and best practices.
- Knowledge in Alcatel PBX is a plus.
- Basic understanding of PowerShell scripting and basic knowledge in VoIP troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English, intermediate French skills, and German is a plus.
