TASKS

• Administration and further development of the M365 tenant, including the configuration of Sharepoint Online and Microsoft Teams
• Supporting the migration from Sharepoint 2019 to Sharepoint Online, including the implementation of new workflows and the replacement of existing ones
• Support in the areas of Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate and the support of various on-premise data gateways
• Conducting user training in the area of Microsoft 365, with a focus on Sharepoint Online and Microsoft Teams
• Contributing to the support and further development of the document management system

PROFILE

• University degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the administration of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams desirable
• Ideally experience with JavaScript, CSS, PowerShell and SQL Server
• Knowledge in the administration of Exchange Online and experience with d.velop d3 DMS an advantage
