Marcom Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Marcom Manager to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Lead SEO and PPC campaigns to improve online visibility and drive website traffic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives for products, services, and events
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and industry influencers
• Create compelling content for various platforms, showcasing our products and services
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and ability to translate complex ideas into compelling content
• Demonstrated experience in brand management and development
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with the local market in Pune and Indian business culture is advantageous
