Role: Payroll Support SpecialistLocation: Essen Germany onsiteEmployment type: Contract DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the team with managing inquiries and resolving issues related to payroll.Handle firstlevel support tickets and respond to employee questions via email phone and in person.Escalate more complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.Communicate effectively and promptly with employees to address concerns and prevent misunderstandings.Take responsibility for managing escalations and promoting a positive work environment.REQUIREMENTSNative or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency.
