Your Role

• You interpret your role proactively, especially when approaching new customers (direct/indirect)
• You are responsible for qualifying, planning and following up on customer deals
• You build new business relationships with customers and business partners
• Personal customer responsibility and independent qualification, planning and follow-up of customer deals
• Establishing and deepening business relationships with customers and business partners
• Customer planning, forecast management, regular simple reporting on implementation status
• Further development of the content and methodology of license management
• Proactive management and optimization of licenses and license/user agreements
• License-related implementation of SaaS and cloud services in a hybrid IT landscape
• Active support of license management processes: Design and implementation of the associated processes, functions and tasks

Your Profile

• You support, advise and sell with passion
• You are proactive and enjoy contact with customers
• You have a very good command of English and German
• Effective self-management for independent and structured work is a matter of course for you
• You have gained relevant sales experience after your training or studies – ideally in SAP and/or in the IT or digital industry
• You are able to quickly grasp complex (digital) topics and get potential customers excited about them
• Responsibility for contract management, contract renewal, expansion of the business relationship, active customer retention as well as customer acquisition and support
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects in a constantly changing environment and a dynamic and results-oriented culture
• Sound professional experience in the overall management of licenses
