The site of Bietigheim-Bissingen in Germany is focused on the Holding Group. Our department is looking for a VIE Quality Team Support Engineer for 12 months.
Your main mission is to support the Group Customer Quality Network.
Your targets of mission will be:
- Coordinating weekly and monthly reporting
- Assisting the Group Customer Quality Director in the realization of objectives, especially customer response performance
- Supporting Customer Champions & WINGS Warranty team on specific tasks (Mercedes Benz Cars, JLR, Nissan).
- Participating in PDCA reviews with Customer Quality Network
- Providing data analysis and reports for the Group Customer Quality Director
- Coordinating and supporting transversal tasks (e.g. reporting standardization, new procedure creation, training plans, customer knowledge)
- Improving efficiency of activity by analyzing lean reporting methods
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Being the contact point for the Customer Quality Network regarding Group requests, communications, surveys
- Being the interface between Valeo Quality Head Office (Paris) and Customer Quality Network for web-based activities
- Managing the reporting for the Group Customer Quality Director (with the learning of indicators 3MIS, 3MR…)
- Supporting the Customer Quality Network in transversal tasks

You are graduated from a master\’s degree in engineering.
You already have experience in quality.
You have a fluent level of English.
You ideally have programming skills (Python, VBA, Google script).
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking.
You are humble, listen, have a positive attitude, are oriented, professional, and have a sense of diplomacy.
