Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring comprehensive service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement tailored investment, banking, and trust solutions in collaboration with specialists.
- Meet with prospects and clients, preparing and following up on meetings.
- Monitor portfolios, providing performance reviews and adapting strategies to meet client goals.
- Stay informed on market events and trends, assessing their impact on client accounts.
- Foster strong collaboration across bank departments and locations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high ethical standard.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in private banking.
- Strong understanding of investment, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation and wealth planning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and manage a ultra-high-net-worth client portfolio.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach to client needs.
- High ethical standards, aligned with the bank\’s values and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to work in Switzerland.
