With UnitPlus Business, we have developed a groundbreaking cash management solution for the German SME sector, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to invest their funds like DAX corporations but without large financial departments and at a fraction of the cost. Our goal is to develop the world\’s first fully digital capital market CFO.

Developed in collaboration with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, this solution allows companies to maximize returns on liquidity with optimal flexibility and security.

In addition, UnitPlus has created the world\’s first app that seamlessly integrates investing and payments, empowering individuals to invest easily, flexibly, and profitably in innovative short, medium, and long-term investment strategies.

Since launching UnitPlus Business in July 2024, we have experienced strong demand for this unique solution. In October 2024, we successfully closed a 4.7 million seed funding round led by the UK-based VC firm Pact and outstanding business angels.

To take the next step on our journey, we are now looking for a purpose-driven Marketing and Website Designer who likes to make a difference with us.

Tasks

• Build navigation-friendly websites and mockups that are usable, persuasive, and visually appealing.
• Design and implement website layouts, logos, and branding in alignment with the design system, brand values, and target audience.
• Make sure all the mockups are responsive, made for desktop and mobile devices.
• Suggest and execute a coherent visual brand strategy for the company’s website, blog, social media channels, and other digital assets.
• Work closely with our Head of Marketing and create high-performing assets for various marketing channels that help fuel our growth.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a junior web designer or digital designer.
• Practical knowledge of different designing tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and any animation software.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Creative thinker with excellent visual communication skills and design multimedia skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design, art, and psychology with a sense of how different elements work together on a web page.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout design, and usability principles focused on websites.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. German skills are a plus.
• You are highly motivated with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
• Process over perfection. You know how to prioritize and get stuff done.
