At Enter, we aggregate and analyze relevant building data so that homeowners can sustainably reduce their energy costs and increase the value of their property.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Crews: Support the product development lifecycle under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to brainstorming sessions, concept development, and design.
• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and synthesize findings to identify pain points and inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and functionality.
• Visual Design: Develop UI components, icons, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards, ensuring cohesive visual experiences.
• Webflow: Provide support for building and updating webpages and landing pages in Webflow.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align designs with technical constraints, business goals, and user needs.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Product Design, Communication Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• You have experience in UX/UI design through work, internships, freelancing, or academia.
• You have an interest in user research, user-centered design, and problem-solving.
• You are passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences with a curious and proactive mindset; you are excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful product development.
• You have a basic understanding of UX principles, user flows, and prototyping.
• You are familiar with Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite or have a willingness to learn quickly.
• You have knowledge of visual design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• You have a collaborative mindset, comfortable working with others.
• You are fluent in English (strong German skills are a plus).
