For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively manage performance and operations of assigned on-site partners and suppliers.
• Enable on-site support such as creating approval documents, providing safety instructions, and sharing information on changing workflows that affect partners.
• Work closely with partners on the shop floor to receive instant feedback on work conducted and improve performance and processes through established methods (e.g., regular Gemba Walks, Audits, Go & See).
• Continuously track and analyze defined KPIs.
• Act as the voice of the partner (focal point) and represent them in internal escalation and performance review meetings (e.g., PCB – production control board Level 1 / Level 3) by escalating topics, presenting performance analysis, and recommending solutions.
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reviews.
• Run regular performance dialogues with partners on different time frames, set performance objectives, and update them as necessary.
• Provide training and coaching to partners on best practices to sustainably increase their performance.
• Improve workflows of on-site support and act as an interface to the final assembly line.
• Support internal risk-sharing partner projects/strategy (e.g., preparation of decision templates for the scope of on-site support for Head of Risk Sharing Partner).

• Independent, structured, and result-oriented work with good analytical skills.
• High-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills towards all management levels – internally and externally.
• Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear and concise manner.
