Senior Manager Software Development

As Senior Manager Software Development, you will solve some of the core business problems and play a pivotal role in serving our customers better across multiple markets. As a key contributor to a smaller, yet quickly expanding team, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and direction for your engineering team
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges
• Lead the design and development of effective solutions leveraging the current technical landscape; provide special attention for the integration of marketing technologies
• Guide, mentor, and inspire colleagues within the team and across functions fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Conduct performance reviews and provide career development opportunities
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during the software development lifecycle
• Actively contribute to software development, including coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews to maintain code quality and technical proficiency
• Oversee the execution of projects/initiatives/use cases together with business stakeholders, ensuring that they are delivered on time
• Prepare technical documentation, including solution diagrams, architecture designs, integration, and configuration details

Your Profile:

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development in the JS ecosystem and/or implementing technical solutions for businesses, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• Actively worked with business stakeholders across functions (Marketing, Sales, Service, Product, Finance, Operations, etc.) and have a strong affinity for solving business problems
• Proven experience leading and motivating engineering teams
• Passion for building high-quality software and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Effectively carried out complex projects with high attention to detail
• Have a solid understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Professional experience writing TypeScript and Terraform
