- Take on your tasks in the field of Engineering with respect to electromagnetic effects on military Aircraft at system and equipment level considering EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) / EMI (electromagnetic interference):
- Define system and equipment level requirements.
- Be responsible for the discussion of detailed test requirements and validation of associated test plans.
- Participate in EMC / Lightning / NEMP / NH qualification activities for equipment.
- Be responsible for the Equipment supplier monitoring of EMC related activities.
- Evaluate the supplier and test house reports.
- Evaluate the modifications at equipment and aircraft level with respect to EMC / Nuclear Hardening, Bonding and Lightning (direct / indirect effects).
- Offer support to clearance activities.
- Offer support to the definition, performance and evaluation of EMC-on-A/C test campaigns.
