(Senior) Controlling Manager (f / m / x)

Your mission

1. Ownership of the yearly budget and quarterly forecast process.
2. Preparation of presentation decks for external and internal stakeholders.
3. Preparation, controlling and analysis of expenses and cost optimization for various departments.
4. Project work incl. involvement in Business Case assessments.
5. Coordinating month-end close activities and supporting with accrual calculations & reconciliations.
6. Controlling for our site locations (purchase request approvals, asset booking checks).
7. Continuous improvement of internal processes.
8. Contribution to the Financial Process Documentation.
9. Ad-hoc analysis and ad-hoc tasks.

Your profile

1. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
2. Previous work experience in Controlling for a min. of 5 years.
3. Fluent in English; German will be strongly appreciated.
4. Very good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Think-cell, Power Bi or Lucanet are a considerable advantage.
6. Work experience with SAP (Hana) and ideally SAP project controlling.
7. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent analytical skill set & independent work style.
9. Proactive, motivated with good commercial understanding.
