Job Role: Technical Project Manager

Salary: Up to €54k (Dependent on Experience)

Location: Munich – on-site working

Language: C2 level German and English language

We are looking to hire a Technical Project Manager to join one of Germany\’s leading VR Development Studios. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive technical project plans, architecture roadmaps, and resource allocations whilst leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering and development teams to execute technical deliverables efficiently. The right candidate should be happy to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and identify technical risks and dependencies that could impact project success. Documenting technical requirements, system architecture, and implementation processes will be an important part of the role along with ensuring proper technical validation and quality assurance before project delivery. You will also be managing the scope, schedule, and budget for all assigned technical projects.

Skills you should hold (with over 4 years of experience):

• C2 Level German and English language skills
• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven experience in risk management and mitigation for technical projects
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders effectively
