Responsibilities:

1. Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and timely for the DE / NL / BE monthly payrolls.
2. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
3. Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll.
4. Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll-related matters.
5. Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation.
6. Encourage and build positive relationships while communicating effectively with all internal clients, co-workers, stakeholders, and outside vendors.
