Our client is seeking a Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance to develop and lead world-class compliance and risk management programs. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic GRC initiatives, streamline policies, and enhance governance frameworks in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC strategy aligned with the companyâs risk profile and business goals.
- Build a best-in-class compliance program, including risk management, policy streamlining, tailored training, and an efficient investigations process.
- Establish and refine a global risk management program, ensuring efficiency, insight-driven decision-making, and stakeholder buy-in.
- Continuously improve governance frameworks to enhance decision-making, accountability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate GRC processes into daily operations, fostering a culture of compliance and shared responsibility.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, auditors, and regulatory agencies, to align compliance efforts with business objectives.
- Consolidate, streamline, and upgrade existing compliance and risk management initiatives for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile:
- At least 6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or governance, preferably within multinational and tech-driven environments.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Passion for learning and growing in a dynamic, high-performance culture.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
