HUGO BOSS is committed to maintaining high standards of data governance and protecting customer data. We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Data Protection Coordinator to join our Global Customer Engagement team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance and data integrity across our organization, working closely with business, IT, data security, and legal departments. Key responsibilities include documenting data flows, updating Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and training employees on data handling.

Responsibilities:

• Document data flows and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Update Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to reflect changing regulatory requirements
• Train employees on data handling and legal matters
• Develop and maintain compliant data policies
• Manage Data Protection Requests and serve as the Data Protection Coordinator

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, economics, communication, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in data management or privacy compliance
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, PIPL, and California Law
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and proficiency in data technologies for collection, analysis, and storage
