Job Description – Senior Director, Head of Transform Plan, Strategy and Deployment (2507033234W)
This position reports into Head of APAC Operations and Global Plan and is based at Switzerland. This pivotal role will focus on driving transformation initiatives across people, technology and processes in Global Planning organization to enhance operational efficiency and support our strategic roadmap.

Role reports to: Head of APAC Operations and Global Plan
What You Will Do
The Global Plan team is responsible for setting the strategic Planning direction of E2E Operations, developing and deploying Planning capabilities (People, Process, Technology, Metrics) across the globe. The team will drive competitive advantage and improve efficiency, effectiveness, optimizing working capital whilst keeping our customers needs central to what we do by ensuring that capabilities and processes are deployed consistently throughout every region.
As the Head of Transform Plan, Strategy & Deployment, you will leverage your planning and transformation expertise and outside-in mindset to enable the delivery of long-term vision of E2E planning. You will deliver value to the organization by driving standardization and simplification of Planning through close partnership with Operations functions and key regional stakeholders from Commercial, Tech & Data and Finance on cash, cost and service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement future vision of Plan for Kenvue blueprint for people, process and technology with clear maturity assessment.
- Establish multi-year roadmap for Planning post systems and technology upgrade.
- Deployment of global planning roadmap and bridge current state to aligned future standards.
- Develop and lead comprehensive implementation plan (Transform Plan) to drive strategic initiatives globally.
- Planning Systems Deployment (OMP, Anaplan, E2Open).
- Data & Digital Capabilities – Master Data, Reporting & Analytics, Advanced Forecasting Data Science and IBP enablement.
- Create new capabilities/roles to enable rapid innovation and touchless life cycle management (LCM).
- Set up governance with health check, maturity assessments and qualification system, including standards like Operating Strategy and Service Level Agreements systems.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in regional Commercial, Finance and Operations teams to drive accountability in planning.
- Play a key leadership role to influence and drive an end-to-end approach to increasing Planning capability with strong integration with Operations teams (MAKE, Procurement, Deliver).
- Adopt outside-in thinking and data-driven mindset to leverage best practices to shape and deliver future state of Planning for Kenvue.
- Drive change management and ensure robust adoption of new processes, ways of working and technologies.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA or other relevant post graduate degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Operations, ideally end-to-end covering Plan, Procurement, Manufacturing, Deliver.
- Experience working across Supply Chain strategy or program implementation.
- Experience across E2E Supply Chain with regional or global exposure.
- Good understanding of planning system landscape and capabilities (APO, OMP, planning data platforms, advanced analytics tools etc).
- Demonstrated experience in Planning or Operations transformation with process and capabilities development and deployment.
- Demonstrated experience in driving planning productivity.
- Excellent understanding of entire value chain and primary activities and knowledge of its main elements, dynamics and drivers in supply planning process (inventory planning, network planning, line scheduling and deployment).
- Sustainable track record in identifying, developing and executing international change and process improvement initiatives.
- Good project and program management skills of complex, international and large-scale project/program implementation.
- Business management capability with strong understanding of business equation and how business and supply chain decisions impact financials.
- Experience in people management – develop and coach cross functional teams across regions.
- Strong personal leadership skills with the ability to influence and constructively challenge the cross-functional team, stakeholders and business partners.
- Proven experience in influencing, presenting and articulating to Executive Leadership as well as function leadership teams.
- Being able to build collaborative teams and relationships, lead cross functional and virtual teams.
- Proven experience in driving change management and adoption of new processes, ways of working and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Six Sigma / Lean / process excellence principles, tools, training and/or certification will be advantageous.
