About our client

We are working with a leading B2B services firm which is now looking to hire an Associate into their growing transformation team in Frankfurt. The firm is backed by a major international investor with offices across several European countries.

Our client plans to expand the team with a Transformation Associate who will take on a highly cross-functional role, collaborating with all parts of the organization, the management team, and the investor. This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience in consulting who is eager to take the next step and develop their career within an investor-backed environment. What the job involves

• Working closely with the Transformation Manager, key leadership of the firm and the investor to define, design and drive initiatives
• Ownership of a subset of initiatives along with ensuring initiatives are progressing to plan
• Define and track KPIs along; assessing risks and analyzing performance metrics to measure the impact of transformation efforts and identify areas for improvement
• Support change management efforts to support employees through transitions, ensuring a smooth adoption of new processes and approaches
• Collaborate with relevant Chief of Staffs and middle to senior leadership to secure support and alignment for transformation initiatives
• Willingness to work in Frankfurt with further travel required

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in management consulting with preference for transformation experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Very strong interpersonal skills, paired with a practical and ambitious mindset
• Solution-oriented and independent way of working with exceptional analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Native-level German and fluent English skills are required
