Consultant (m/w/d) Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien/Green-Building (ESG)

As a company providing project controlling and project management services throughout Germany, we deal with the development and control of commercial real estate, hotels and residential complexes in the areas of new construction and refurbishment. In addition to project management and controlling, which is our core business, we also advise our prestigious clients on the acquisition of real estate.

We are looking for you for our sustainability section to support our clients in implementing projects and acquiring existing projects or portfolios. Your responsibilities

• Developing sustainable, innovative energy concepts and solutions for new construction and refurbishment in collaboration with object and technical building services planners
• Strategy consulting for our clients with respect to Environment Social Governance (ESG) and EU taxonomy, taking sustainability, climate neutrality and carbon footprint into consideration
• Support for sustainable construction projects during all project stages in addition to our project management
• Independent processing of building physics requirements in our interdisciplinary teams, preparing thermal simulations for energy optimisation of the planned new construction or existing projects
• Preparing life cycle assessments (LCA) and life cycle costing (LCC)
• Developing energy concepts and performing calculations, verifications and simulations
• Collaboration as well as independent completion of projects in a dynamic team

Your profile

• Engineering degree in supply and disposal engineering, architecture, civil engineering, construction physics or comparable discipline
• Experience in construction physics and structural engineering
• Skilled in the use of current planning software
• Good knowledge of relevant German regulations
• Creativity, team spirit, and enthusiasm for new ideas and challenges
