Profile:

Analytical and creative thinker with a talent for tackling challenges and crafting innovative solutions

1. Several years of professional experience in motor and automotive insurance as a mathematician and/or data scientist, ideally complemented by an actual training and certification.
2. Experience with modern pricing and data mining tools such as Emblem, Radar, Python, R, or SAS.
3. Analytical skills for problem solving and a creative mindset to develop innovative pricing strategies.
4. Team player with experience in communicating with interdisciplinary teams.
5. Basic knowledge of German is required; fluency in German is an advantage.
