• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, and key stakeholders in the German real estate market
• Leading sales and capital-raising efforts, leveraging a comprehensive professional network to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams and directors to create tailored investment solutions
• Navigating the generalist-specialist model within a large organisation to ensure seamless coordination between teams
• Providing market insights and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions

Role Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need

• 8-10 years of experience in real estate investment, sales, or relationship management within a large organisation
• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in Italian or French is highly advantageous
• A proven track record in building and maintaining high-level relationships with institutional investors
• A deep understanding of the DACH real estate market, including investment trends and capital-raising strategies
• Experience working in a structured, multinational environment with a collaborative approach
• A results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills
