About our client

Our client is a leading company in the field of project management, client representation and engineering planning with over thousands of employees, for the company in Regensburg we are looking for anArchitect(full-time position).

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design and planning of complex construction projects in work phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI
• Project management/supervision and execution of the respective projects
• Monitoring the awarding of construction contracts
• Schedule and cost management over the entire duration of the project
• Quality definition and monitoring
• Supporting and advising those involved in the project
• Preparation of working drawings and detailed plans
• Communication with clients, planners, authorities and companies

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Successfully completed degree in architecture or a comparable field of study
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and/or work planning
• Very good knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD
• Experience in the use of AVA software
• Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and action
• High architectural design standards, high level of motivation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
