Site Manager – Solar Project

Location: Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia)

Employment Type: Freelance (6 months contract)

Rate: €60 to €80 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team for a freelance role on a major solar project in Germany. If you have a passion for renewable energy, a strong background in site management, and are looking for an exciting project-based opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor progress and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines throughout the project.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in solar projects.
• Strong understanding of construction and installation processes within the renewable energy industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project progress in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Freelance experience or availability to work on a freelance contract basis is essential.
