Pay range and compensation package: €80,000 to €85,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits Plus Company Car

About the Role:

Your role will be to help keep our risk as low as possible with your factoring Risk Assessments. This involves monitoring lending risks and auditing existing facilities, combining both back office and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of business lending (Factoring) audits
• Analyze and monitor factoring-specific risks as well as portfolio and transaction figures
• Create extensions and increase requests within the scope of your area of responsibility
• Check and analyze accounts receivable contracts and corresponding credit limits
• Create the credit decision template and/or the audit report
• Approve invoices
• Conduct reviews/reassessments of the Risk, Financial Crime/AML Grading

Qualifications:

• Must have performed either a Risk Management or Audit role in commercial finance.
• Experience in SME commercial lending, preference to Factoring or Invoice Finance but will consider other Commercial Lending backgrounds.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements, accounts and invoices.
• Sound relationship management skills.
• Inquisitive mind able to ask searching questions to unearth any adverse data, in an attempt to reduce risk.
• Knowledge of Efcom (factoring software) is desirable.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Must be fluent in German and English.
