Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/x) || Medical Technology || Bavaria

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to support their Quality Management team in the medical technology field. In this position, you will be tasked with a challenging and diverse role within a professional and innovative environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and continuously improve processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work across departments in the development and modification of medical devices and in handling deviations
• Evaluate and monitor manufacturing and testing processes (internal/external), as well as their technical documentation and process landscape
• Define and implement requirements through the creation of quality agreements, instructions, and other quality-related documents
• Support supplier management in the selection and approval of new suppliers, as well as in the monitoring of the existing supplier portfolio
• Analyse existing processes and workflows, identify optimization potential, and implement these changes through projects

Your Profile:

• A degree in a technical or scientific field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, production or process engineering, or supplier management
• Several years of experience in the medical technology field, especially with the MDR, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820 standards
• Solid knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methods (e.g., CAPA, 8D, FMEA), as well as process stability and capability
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with independence and strong communication abilities
• An auditor certification and/or experience with FDA regulations
• Proficient in English communication skills
• Strong team player with a structured, solution-oriented approach
