What you´ll do
- Join the General Manufacturing and Maintenance Western Europe team and leverage your data skills to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions.
- Gain a sound business understanding and derive data and visualization requirements for different use cases.
- Develop and maintain data structures that support business objectives from several sources (ERP, CRM, market data, distributor data and others), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Build, manage and publish dashboards in PowerBI for direct business usage.
- Communicate and collaborate across business functions with IT, Sales, Channel & Distribution management, Marketing and Technical Support teams, and integrate into the Henkel data analyst community.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure interoperability with Henkel data foundation and other data models.
- Derive solutions and deliver results that directly impact the success of our strategic business units. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging tools to continuously improve data analysis capabilities.

What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or similar.
- First relevant professional experience with proven track record in building dashboards and managing data-driven use cases in business environments.
- Proficient knowledge of data analytics tools including PowerBI, SQL, Python as well as MS Office applications.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills to learn from, align and foster a data-driven approach in the wider organization.
- Fluent English skills.
