(Junior) Innovation Manager (all genders)

At the earliest possible date we are looking for a full-time (Junior) Innovation Manager (all genders) at our location in Munich for Mediaplus – part of the Serviceplan Group.

As a member of the Innovation team as part of the Mediaplus growth hub, you\’ll drive client satisfaction and revenue by identifying emerging trends, implementing fresh ideas into our consulting offerings, and sharing innovative strategies across departments to maintain our position as global industry leaders.

What you can expect from us:

• Scouting for trends and do trend research.
• (Co-)creating trend reports on emerging trends.
• Supporting with innovation insights and strategy development for existing clients and new business.
• Launching and maintaining an international innovation network across Mediaplus agencies.
• Developing your project management skills.
• Supporting roll in product and solutions development as well as sales.

What we expect from you:

• Craftsmanship: strong research and analytical abilities to identify and evaluate emerging industry trends in media, (digital) culture, social and emerging target groups.
• Involvement: You have eagerness to explore new topics as well as collaborating with other teams and work across other departments.
• Communication skills: You are a communication talent to convey complex concepts to colleagues and clients clearly. For creating compelling trend reports and strategic recommendations we expect excellent writing skills. You are fluent in English written & verbal.
• Openness: You have the adaptability to rapidly changing trends and industry developments.
• Curiosity: You have a high level of self-motivation and proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities.
