Do you have experience providing technical support to enterprise customers? IC Resources is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to help resolve complex technical challenges for clients using industry-leading 3D and visual effects software.
In this role, you will provide high-level assistance via chat, video calls, and screen-sharing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also collaborate with sales and product teams to improve solutions and enhance overall support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level technical support through chat, video calls, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Analyse and resolve complex technical issues, working with logs and reproducing reported problems.
- Document recurring issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term solutions.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales meetings, onboarding, and urgent technical requests.
- Create and update internal documentation and external Knowledge Base articles.
- Stay up to date with product updates and industry advancements to provide cutting-edge support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in technical support or enterprise-level IT support.
- Familiarity with 3D modelling, VFX, production pipelines, and render farm management.
- Experience with Reprise License Manager, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Bonus: Additional European language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.
