What you´ll do

1. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including manuals and guidelines for production installation and usage within Henkel Consumer Brands
2. Proactively identify and address areas for technical improvements as well as risks and countermeasures
3. Measure, track and report on project performance and milestones
4. Develop and implement process engineering guidelines, tools, and standardization
5. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in production processes
6. Define Key Performance Indicators and align within the technical community
7. Collaborate with machine manufacturers and lead and report on the FAT and SAT procedures
8. Drive engineering excellence by promoting and implementing best practices and standards across teams
9. Serve as the technical lead and ensure that design inputs are considered through each step of the NPI stage gate process
