Your Responsibilities

• Implement and support customer projects in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyze and execute customer-specific requirements in SuccessFactors.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver user training for clients.
• Manage projects from initial implementation to post-go-live support.
• Collaborate in a highly motivated team with strong technical expertise and a positive culture.

Your Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or application.
• Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module (current and valid).
• Deep understanding of HR processes and methodologies.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation, process-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.
