Team Lead Finance Germany (gn)

Your Responsibilities:

• To lead the finance team, currently consisting of 2-3 team members with strong accounting competence.
• To represent the company towards relevant external parties (banks, tax advisor, authorities, etc.).
• To manage and continuously improve the financial processes:
• Advise the management on financial, tax and VAT matters.
• Working capital management, liquidity planning, cash management
• Financial budgeting

Accounting:

• The correct handling of incoming/outgoing invoices and related financial information.
• Maintain the ledger, creditors and debtors administration.
• Prepare the annual statement of accounts in line with regulations and group policies.

Controlling:

• Cost controlling
• Analyze and reconcile accounting records.
• Financial KPI’s (ROI, Balance Score Card, Benchmarking).

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Professional experience within accounting and controlling.
• Experience in financial closing in accordance to HGB.
• Preferably initial leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• Results orientation, analytical mindset, commercial ability.
