Backed by leading VCs and fresh off our Series B funding, we’re now scaling quickly and looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead our product vision into the future of learning.

The Role

As Chief Product Officer, you’ll be the strategic force behind our product direction. You’ll work across teams – engineering, design, content, and go-to-market to build tools that actually move the needle for learners, educators, and institutions. This is your chance to lead product at a mission-driven AI company solving real, global problems in education.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Define and evolve the product vision across student, teacher, and enterprise-facing platforms
• Lead and grow a world-class product and design team
• Build out product strategy that connects pedagogy, AI capabilities, and user insights
• Prioritize based on deep user understanding – whether learners, educators, or administrators
• Align cross-functional teams and keep execution sharp and focused
• Develop and own the product roadmap, metrics, and outcomes across our AI tools
• Act as the product voice in board meetings, investor updates, and strategic partnerships

What We\’re Looking For

• 8+ years in product, including leadership in fast-growing B2B or B2C tech companies
• Experience with EdTech or learner-facing products is a big plus
• Deep understanding of AI/ML product development (e.g. recommendation engines, NLP, LLMs)
• You’ve led teams through scale-up stages (ideally post-Series A/B)
• Passionate about impact, user value, and ethical use of AI in education
• Based in Berlin or open to relocating; hybrid setup with regular in-person collaboration
