Client Portfolio Manager

Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Contract Duration: 6-month contract

Compensation: Up to €550 per day

Digital Skills is excited to partner with a global digital agency seeking an experienced Client Portfolio Manager to oversee key client accounts. This role is essential in ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, including Project Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers.
• Implement governance frameworks to manage risks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain financial oversight, tracking profitability and budget adherence.
• Use data-driven insights to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
• Advocate for client needs within the business and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Support renewal strategies to improve profitability and long-term engagement.

Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years\‘ experience in project/account management.
• Strong background in eCommerce, program management, and operations.
• Expertise in one or more eCommerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Experience with SaaS deployment and architecture.
• Fluent in German & English (spoken and written).
