Etkon GmbH produces at the Markkleeberg site near Leipzig, while our development site is located in Munich / Gräfelfing.

On this role, your primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement new digital workflows in the dental field
• Analyze and benchmark existing processes and competition for continuous optimization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in R&D, Innovation & and dental technology
• Work closely with clinicians and dental laboratories to ensure seamless workflow integration and live testing
• Identify and test the latest technologies and trends in digital dentistry
• Support the market introduction of innovative digital solutions & workflows.

Requirements

• Background as a dental technician, dental technologist, or experience in digital dentistry
• Expertise in CAD/CAM systems, 3D printing, intraoral scanning, and other digital dental technologies
• Passion for innovation, technology, and workflow optimization
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for benchmarking processes
• Creativity and hands-on mentality for developing new solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinicians and dental labs
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
