As a (Senior) Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE , you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge CRM solutions for businesses, making a real impact on their efficiency and success.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Your role will include:

• Analyzing existing business processes and developing customized solution concepts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing the implementation, configuration, and further development of Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
• Customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to align with business needs.
• Collaborating with Solution Architects to integrate Dynamics 365 CE seamlessly into existing system landscapes.
• Conducting training and workshops for key users and end-users to maximize the potential of the system.

What You Bring to the Team

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, ideally in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing/Customer Insights.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management approaches.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• A structured, analytical, and precise working style.
• Passion for technical innovations and the ability to simplify complex systems for others.
• Fluency in German and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support clients on-site.
