Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall development and management of Customer Relationship activities based on key account requirement.
- Understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities with key account.
- Develop responsible key account business plan as well as market feedback to the company leadership regarding insight, competition, prospect needs and generate product and service portfolio development ideas.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to keep key account growth.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans on yearly bases.
- Act as the PD or core member of sales projects, take the lead in project operations, and help achieve project objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor or relevant degree in Telecommunication, ICT, or Business Administration etc.
- More than 3 years telecom account sales experience.
- Experience in working with Telco customers and Telco account.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
