WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Employee in technical support (m / f / d) for our location in Münster

Your tasks

• Acceptance of telephone and written customer enquiries
• Understanding error situations
• Answering technical questions about our POS software and our online services
• Documentation of activities in the ticket system

Your profile

• Technical understanding
• Pleasure in dealing with our customers
• Structured way of working
• Ability to learn and work independently
• Experience in customer service an advantage
• Good knowledge of German
