Please note, this is initially a 3 month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to extend, and/or become a permanent role.

The Role

You’ll be deeply embedded into one of our exciting clients as a GTM Talent Sourcer, embracing their culture, finding the world\’s best talent and adding great value to the candidate experience.

You\’ll be plugged into an internal TA Team, building strong relationships partnering with senior recruiters to provide support ensuring ongoing success when it comes to Talent Acquisition objectives for them.

Requirements

1. 1-3 years experience within a fast paced recruitment environment
2. Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean
3. Sales, go-to-market and commercial recruitment experience is essential
4. Open to either in-house or agency experience
5. Experience using LinkedIn recruiter to source candidates effectively and develop talent pools
6. Ability to deliver a great candidate experience
7. Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise your day effectively
8. Outstanding communication skills – ensuring everyone you speak with gets a great brand experience
9. Experience with workable ATS
