Our client is seeking a labour lawyer to provide legal counsel to senior management, particularly in employment law. Working within a team of legal professionals, this role involves advising HR teams, negotiating works agreements, handling litigation, drafting contracts, and providing legal opinions to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise management on employment law matters and support HR teams in negotiations.
- Represent the organisation in legal proceedings within the scope of professional law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across various legal areas.
- Prepare legal opinions, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer with Second State Examination in Law.
- Extensive experience in employment law.
- Additional expertise in medical law, corporate law, or contract law is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present legal matters in a business-friendly manner.
- Solution-oriented approach with a high level of service orientation.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and English
